2007
Best friends turned highschool sweethearts (after Petie boldly escaped the friendzone!) We dated for 6 years and were married right after graduating from Virginia Tech!
2012
After asking for my parent's permission, Sam proposed my Senior year on the Pylons at Virginia Tech during class change - all of our friends were hiding and jumped out right after!
2013
The BEST DAY of our lives! Wrote our own vows, hung out with ~220 of our favorite people under string lights, had amazing vendors, and even surprised our guests with an Ice Cream truck.

Although we never planned on being pro photographers, a friend who knew we had a "nice" camera asked us to shoot her Wedding!! We LOVED every second of that Wedding Day and realized we finally stumbled upon our calling!
2017
Countless corporate side hustles sustained us until we made the jump to going Full Time with our business in 2017.

"I could never work with my spouse!" Is said to us A LOT! If we weren't doing photography, we'd probably open an ice cream shop...together haha!
